The Herbacel® AQ® portfolio consists of natural citrus and apple fibers, which offer excellent functionality. They are particularly useful for adjusting mouthfeel and viscosity of fruit juice-based beverages.

Due to the high waterbinding capacity, even a small amount of a fruit fiber can significantly impact the viscosity of the drink.

Beverages made with apple or citrus fiber have an enhanced flavor profile and a delightful fruity mouthfeel.
